對於某些用戶來說,可能會希望 Windwos 工作列中的時鐘可以顯示秒數,過去 Windows 10 就能手動打開,不過 Windows 11 一開始把這功能移除,使用上就不是很方便,好消息是,近日微軟推出的最新 Windows 11 Moment 3 更新版本,就有把這功能加回來。讓用戶可以手動打開,只不過微軟曾警告過,啟用秒數將會導致電腦變得更加耗電,進而使筆電、平版續航力變差,為此外媒最近就進行了實測,結果顯示幾乎沒什麼差異。

人工智慧的發展最近如火如荼,許多人都體驗到 AI 的強大,進而希望能透過 AI 的特性來生出新的商業模式。不過,新模式不好想,但舊模式倒有不少可供參考的地方。例如,在美術設計這方面,AI 的表現可圈可點,甚至隱隱有超越人類的趨勢,也有人利用 AI 來設計類似真人卻又並非真人的臉孔,也獲得不錯的讚譽。最近,日本的集英社就發現,利用 AI 設計的美女可以作為寫真集的主角。甚至還有很高的客制化空間。於是他們最近就發行了一本由非人類為主角的寫真集,裡面的臉孔既顯得刻意,又顯得格外討喜。

關於 AI 的能力,相信很多科學家、科幻小說作家都為我們拓展了想像的空間。不過最近日本的集英社卻把 AI 發揮到淋漓盡致。他們利用某個不知其名的AI 圖像產生系統,設計出了一位「新人寫真女優」。由於是電腦透過 AI 所創作的人類圖樣,再特定條件下,能捏出近乎人類要求的面孔。
寫真集內的照片,噢不,圖片們,是由集英社所屬的《週刊 Playboy》的編輯部,以 AI 生成的圖片為基礎編輯而成。該雜誌的 Slogon 更是標榜「盡可能充滿男性理想與夢幻般的存在」。而這位不存在的女優為了方便,以「さつきあい」的名義稱呼。雖然沒有正式的漢字名稱,但筆者認為可叫做「五月 愛」或「皋月 愛」。さつき 漢字可讀為五月,這代表 AI 的出生月份為五月,あい的羅馬拼音為 Ai ,隱含著女孩的真身其實是 AI 演算出來的圖像。
以 AI 為噱頭的事情倒不是第一次出現,名字用 AI 的拼音直接命名的虛擬女性也肯定不止五月愛一個。誕生自 AI 似乎更容易生成讀者喜歡的樣貌,但也有些人認為這樣的臉孔實際上太假,或者認為一旦 AI 寫真女優成為流行的話題,那麼現實中的寫真女優很快就會失業。

畢竟 AI 永遠不會老,而真人卻只有 10 年左右的青春。更嚴峻的話題是,AI 不可能產生緋聞,除非人類刻意設計出緋聞事件。而現實中的寫真女優們也會戀愛,也希望找個對象成家。
集英社本身對這些話題一概採取冷處理的態度,如果 AI 話題能讓這本寫真集大賣,那麼集英社至少不會虧到。如果要討論 AI 與人類社會倫理,顯然出版社這邊站不住腳。但畢竟集英社主要是賣書的,499 日圓實在有點隨便賣的意味。如果這位 AI 女優沒能掀起太大的討論熱度,相信這話題在幾個月內很快就會被人淡忘。
